Starting January 2025, a deposit will be required for every wig order.
•Wigs will not be held without a deposit

•Payment plans are available for wigs priced over $300.
•The payment plan duration cannot exceed two payments and must be completed within four weeks unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
•customization is 5-7 days, there is a emergency rush wigs service available for additional cost -
•Once a deposit is made,customers must provide preferred parting, cap size, and any additional instructions immediately to avoid delays in production.
Updates -
•After order is place you have 24 hours to change or adjust your order after that order can’t be changed,Due to the custom nature of our wigs, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless there is a manufacturing defect.
